Not much too say about this, another 1000m swim, did 10 lengths breaststroke, 10 lengths alternating breaststroke and front crawl, 10 lengths front crawl and 10 lengths breaststroke again.
Will be doing a run again tomorrow morning, going to try a suggestion I read and take some Jelly Babies with me to eat every so often as I go, see if the sugar helps with maintaining energy levels and makes going for 20mins any easier.
