My housemate Paul expressed an interest in getting fit so that he can play 5-a-side without dying, so we went out and ran week 1 of the c25k program this morning.
The week 1 run consists of a 60 second run and a 90 second walk, repeated 8 times for a total of 20 minutes. I remember when I first tried doing the run back in June and had to stop halfway through to try and work out a stitch, but Paul managed it in one, although he was feeling pretty knackered by the last couple of reps.
