So this Janathon thing sounds like a good idea on the whole: run a bit every day for the whole of January and blog about it.
Now I’ve tried keeping blogs before and never really kept up with it, so this might turn out to be a good way of getting into it, since I’ll have something to say, even if it is ‘Ran X miles, cold’.
I’m going to try and make a start blogging about it before January, see how it goes and then hopefully get into the swing of it for Janathon itself.
I think I’m also going to hook up my dailymile account to a new twitter account, so that should update automatically for me when I sync up my Garmin at least.
Good luck with the Janathon challenge. I’m also hoping that it will help me get into a routine of keeping a blog going.

Good luck with the janathon! I’m looking at it as a way of committing me to run in January when it’s often quite easy not to, and give me the best chance of achieving my year-long goal. Jules
